Michael DiComes

As Chief Services Officer of StarCompliance, Michael DiComes is responsible for driving client services that build compliance software solutions around the needs of Star’s current and future clients. Michael has more than 20 years’ experience in global technology innovation, with a proven history of successfully leading global technical support, customer care, and implementation services teams for multi-product enterprise software companies. Prior to joining Star in 2023, he was Senior Vice President of Customer Service at OnShift, and previously spearheaded client implementations & support at ACI Worldwide. His experience spans a variety of industries, including healthcare, cyber security, payments and higher education. Michael holds a BSc in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Nichols College.
