As Director of Client Support Services at StarCompliance, Mark Robinson has been an integral part of StarCompliance since 2010. Mark spent many years growing and improving the operational efficiency of the Technical Services team across both the UK and US regions until late 2023 when he assumed responsibility for the combined global support team. Mark’s current and prior roles have all involved working closely with software development teams to champion initiatives that streamline processes and foster continuous improvement. Mark earned his Bachelor of Science (BSc), Internet Applications degree, at the UK’s University of Sunderland.
