RBS Trader Helped UBS's Hayes With Libor Bribes, Regulators Say
A Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc trader colluded with a counterpart at UBS AG to pay almost 211,000 pounds ($330,000) in bribes to brokers willing to help them manipulate global interest rates, regulators said.
Neil Danziger, a London-based derivatives specialist at RBS, helped Tom Hayes, the former UBS employee at the center of the global investigation into rate-rigging, to bribe at least two brokers into persuading other banks to submit rates in line with their own, Read more

Marc Epstein,
Chief Executive Officer
Marc joined StarCompliance in March 2002 and is responsible for the strategic direction, financial management and operation of the company. Prior to joining StarCompliance, Marc was a senior executive with Xpedite in the UK, where he led revenue growth from zero to $30 million in annual sales and led the sale of the company for $85 million.
Marc received a BBA in International Business from The George Washington University.
Jim Paraboschi,
Chief Operating Officer
Jim joined StarCompliance in April 2008 and is responsible for the operations, client services and product development groups. Prior to joining StarCompliance, Jim held a senior management position with Ipreo LLC as Director of Product Management during the company's expansion through a series of business combinations and concluding with the development and integration of sales automation tools for the capital markets divisions of investment banks.
For more than 15 years, Jim has led highly collaborative product development and implementation teams that deliver software and data solutions to the financial services industry. His experience includes product management positions at Moody's Investors Service Inc., Primark Corp., Thomson Financial and privately held start-up software companies.
Jim holds a BA degree in Business Administration from Eastern Nazarene College.
Matt McGill,
Vice President of Sales
Matt joined StarCompliance in December 2009 and leads the global sales, marketing and account management groups. Prior to joining StarCompliance, Matt was a senior executive with SphereBuilder, an enterprise software company providing industry leading CRM and internet marketing solutions to financial and real estate firms.
A software sales and product marketing veteran, Matt has over 17 years of experience leading highly productive sales, marketing and client support teams. Matt spent 10 years of his career in progressively senior management roles with Xpedite, the worldwide leader in enhanced messaging solutions. As Vice President of Market Development, Matt led the worldwide launch of messageREACH, Xpedite's new internet marketing division, where he grew revenue from zero to 24 million dollars in less than 2 years.
Matt holds a BA degree in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.
Tony Fairburn,
Development Manager
Tony joined StarCompliance in July 2007 and has responsibility for the software product development and quality assurance groups. Prior to joining StarCompliance, Tony held the Global Services UK Manager position at Premier Global Services, responsible for implementing messaging software solutions for large financial and other leading organisations in the UK.
Tony has 20 years of experience in software development and 15 years in the financial software industry, holding team lead and management roles for the majority of this time.
Tony holds a BSc degree in Software Engineering from the University of Lancaster.
Robert Gammon,
Software Architect
Robert joined StarCompliance in March 2012. Based in our UK office, he is responsible for the software architecture of StarCompliance customer solutions, safeguarding their flexibility and robustness. Robert has 22 years' experience of delivering large, complex, multi-tier systems, advocating and managing the
adoption of appropriate software development approaches and modern practices. This has included lead technical roles in high-profile software products in both public and private sectors, including national, industry-sector and enterprise projects in diverse fields including finance, education and retail. Robert holds a BSc (Honours) Degree in Chemistry
from the University of York.

Tim joined StarCompliance in June 2005 and is responsible for providing a wide range of innovative, practical and cost effective technical solutions to improve our software. Prior to joining StarCompliance, Tim was Development Manager with Xpedite, where he managed in 400+
software and systems integration projects providing electronic messaging solutions to major investment banks, telecommunications providers and blue chip enterprises. Tim holds a BA degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
