As Chief Financial Officer, Bill Chatterton partners with StarCompliance’s executive leadership team to drive profitable growth, operational excellence, and strategic execution across the business. He leads the company’s global finance organization and plays a key role in scaling operations, evaluating growth opportunities, and supporting StarCompliance’s continued expansion as the leader in employee compliance technology.
Bill brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience across high-growth software, technology, and healthcare technology companies. He has a proven track record of helping organizations scale, improve performance, and execute strategies that drive long-term value.
Prior to joining StarCompliance, Bill served as Chief Financial Officer at Get Well. He also held senior finance leadership roles at xG Health Solutions, HandySoft Global, Kastle Systems, MicroStrategy, and QuadraMed, where he helped guide growth, operational transformation, and business performance.
Bill holds an MBA in Finance from American University’s Kogod School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Elizabethtown College.
