Stuart Breslow is an independent member of the StarCompliance board of directors, responsible for providing insights and advice on the evolving regulatory landscape to help foster the company’s growth. He is a prominent legal and compliance senior executive with over 30 years’ experience in world-class financial services, consulting, and technology organizations. Prior to joining the Star in 2022, Stuart led key corporate governance initiatives, complex projects, innovative technology programs and a global compliance risk group of 1,000 staff. He is a recognized industry leader, whose strengths include guiding executive management and boards through complex issues with clear communication and gravitas; leading, managing and mentoring people; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; intellectual curiosity with a love of learning; and an unwavering commitment to integrity and excellence.
