Robert Fisher

Robert leads regulatory compliance across 26 UK regulated entities, supporting over 100 Senior Managers and 700 certified individuals. Rob advises senior executives on regulatory accountability and co-chairs the working group of insurance industry peer organisations. He has delivered major transformation programmes, including SMCR IT change initiatives and the integration of acquired regulated entities. Rob is also a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Aviva’s employing entity and has extensive experience in risk, assurance, and compliance from previous roles at Aviva and KPMG.
