Miroslav Ðurić is a member of the Banking & Finance practice group at Taylor Wessing, advising financial institutions and non-financial entities on banking, capital markets, and payment services law. Qualified in multiple jurisdictions, he supports clients operating at an international level on complex legal and regulatory matters, including cross-border operations, fundraising, and the launch of new financial products and services across the EU and the UK. He also advises FinTech companies and established financial institutions on the application of emerging technologies in finance, including crypto-assets, DeFi, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing, and regularly supports private equity and venture capital investors in M&A transactions within the financial sector.
