Karolina Hirst is the Director of Product Management at StarCompliance, bringing nearly 15 years of experience in technology and product leadership. She joined Star in the spring of 2021 after several years in information technology and services with Iliad Solutions.
At StarCompliance, Karolina applies her leadership and product expertise to support the company’s innovation goals. She focuses on continuous improvement and using technology effectively to enhance the client experience and advance Star’s product vision.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master’s Degree in information technology from Leeds Beckett University.
