Barbara Delaney is Director of Product Management at StarCompliance, where she leads the company’s Data & Analytics and Individual Accountability Regime solutions globally. Prior to joining Star, Barbara built a 25+ year career in financial and regulatory technology, holding leadership roles at organizations including SAI360, NICE Actimize, and Alacra Inc. Her experience spans compliance, risk, data management, and financial technology innovation. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University.
