Brynne Macomber has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and currently serves as the Global Lead for DWS Employee Compliance. She graduated from University of Miami with a BBA in International Finance and Marketing and then from Quinnipiac University with a JD/MBA. Throughout her career, she has worked across Gifts & Entertainment, Political Contributions, Outside Business Activities, Code of Ethics, Global Policies & Procedures, and Regulatory Compliance. Today, she focuses primarily on global employee compliance processes within Asset Management, drawing on her extensive background across multiple compliance disciplines.
