Responsibility Mapping System (Part 2) 

Join us on October 30th at 11 AM GMT for insights on the administration and operation of the Responsibility Mapping system within the STAR Individual Accountability Platform. This is the second in a three-part series focused on the Responsibility Mapping system. This session will build on the administration concepts covered in part 1, and look at how a map is actually built, so if you missed that session, please be sure to watch the recording by accessing your Star University. At the end of this session, you will: 

• Understand how to create new draft maps and how these are linked to Legal entities and active Senior Managers
• Be able to build out your map with Senior Manager Primary and matrix reporting lines, allocate Functions and Responsibilities, and manage 2nd Tier reports.
• Know how to create Statement of Responsibility wording, manage shared or divided responsibilities and delegations to 2nd Tier Staff
• Identify the different entities that you can attach documents to, as part of your map creation and be able to use the Document Library
• Become familiar with how maps are promoted through the approval process, the use of change logs and understand the options around submitting Senior Manager feedback
• Understand how the system manages some of the above capabilities with regard to non-UK Jurisdictions
