• Understand how people and certificates are linked to legal entities
• Be familiar with how certificates are created, structured, amended and printed
• Understand how the annual certification process works for normal and adverse cases
• Understand the use of a ‘User Dictionary’ within the Certification process
• Use your knowledge from the previous Brainiac Bars (and courses in Star University) to understand how tracks, assessments and forms create an annual certification process
• Be able to add ‘New to Certified roles’ assessments to people and synch these to your annual certification process
