On a day to day basis this Client Service Representative will support a high-profile client base by delivering a confident, professional customer support service that ensures that the reputation of the company is not only maintained but built upon a day by day basis. This role would suit an inbound call centre adviser who is looking to take the next step in their career into a relaxed, forward thinking company that offers fantastic technical training and excellent progression opportunities in line with the company’s expansion plans. 

Responsibilities 
  • Delivering an articulate, professional support for an international client base
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound client telephone calls and emails
  • Taking end to end ownership of tickets acting as the single point of contact with clients
  • Occasionally form part of on-site support function
  • Strong academic background (ideally educated to degree level)
  • Prior experience in a customer facing role with demonstrable skills in supporting executive level stakeholders would be preferable
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication is an absolute must
