Overview

Role
The Sales Development Representative will assist the team in identifying prospective clients, qualifying leads as strong prospects, giving demos and some appoint setting for the Sales Executives. The Sales Development Representative must be organized and attentive and be comfortable making dozens of calls per day and communicating information appropriately with Account Executive counterparts.


This role is a foundational team member working directly alongside our sales executives, SDR leader and other Sales Development team members to continue building growth at StarCompliance. As an SDR, you will be utilizing AI technology (Copy AI and Gong) to assist you with prospecting efforts. The Sales Development Representative must be organized and attentive and be comfortable making outbound calls and communicating information appropriately with Account Executive counterparts.
