Training provides the foundation for STAR making compliance simple and easy.  This includes training for (i) STAR colleagues on the compliance landscape, product features and client use cases, (ii) compliance users on reviews and approvals, rules and alerts manipulation, and case management, (iii) project managers and IT specialists on system configuration, integration and implementation, and (iv) end user employees on mobile and web-based certifications, disclosures and approvals.  The Training Specialist will own all aspects of STAR’s internal and external training programs, from design to creation, and maintenance to measurement.  Success is defined as new colleagues assuming customer-facing responsibilities more quickly, more streamlined and scalable training during implementation and roll-out phases, fewer queries per firm and per user reaching STAR’s support desk, and creating a culture of continuous learning.
