Senior Account Based Marketing Manager

Location: Rockville, USA

Hours: Full Time

The Senior Account Based Marketing Manager position is a high-impact, cross-functional role for an accomplished ABM Manager with a proven track record of launching and managing cutting-edge ABM tactics, compelling high-touch programs, and engaging high-priority accounts.

 
Responsibilities 
  • Take ownership of ABM programs: strategy, planning, organizing, and management of the internal and external resources to ensure successful launch.
  • Develop multiple ABM strategies for 1:1 account targeting, 1: few programs, and 1: many, designed to generate response and assist sales in penetrating global accounts.
  • Own the execution, including building campaign assets and writing multi-channel ABM campaigns, and partnering closely with Product Marketing to create messaging to engage software buyers across all target accounts.
  • Collaborate with larger marketing and product teams on campaigns concepts, content requirements, buyers journey development, and digital marketing execution to ensure pipeline targets are met.
  • Ensure timely deployment of initiatives and campaigns by managing partners, budgets, timelines and processes.
  • Manage the relationship with Star’s digital marketing and advertising consultant.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to build and execute targeted campaigns across marketing channels ( i.e. paid media, e-mail, etc.).
  • Align with larger marketing initiatives, campaigns and KPIs to build best-in-class ABM program for StarCompliance.
  • Monitor, track, and report engagement of target accounts and results across all programs, ensuring rep visibility. Make recommendations based on analysis and results.
  • Manage, track and report on paid digital advertising initiatives (i.e. LinkedIn Advertising, Google Adwords, etc.).
  • Leverage provided marketing tech stack to drive ABM strategy and execution for target accounts.

Mandatory Skills, Knowledge or Experience
  • 4-7 years in Demand Gen for B2B SaaS, ideally at least 3+ years in ABM and knowledge of ABM best practices.
  • Experience developing new content, assets, videos, high-value offers, and sales tools to be used to generate responses from key targets.
  • Data-driven, continuous learning mindset, with an interest in testing, measurement, and ongoing optimization.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching targeted, personalized campaigns across a variety of channels.
  • Experience with ABM tech stack like Demandbase, Engagio, 6sense, Terminus, Metadata.io, Folloze, LinkedIn.
  • Experience with Hubspot (or CMS equivalent), Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIN Advertising, Google Ads
  • Highly organized and works with a sense of urgency.
  • Highly analytical with a growth approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, team player.
  • Detail-focused, strong cross-functional project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
 
Desirable Skills or Experience
  • Experience marketing to financial institutions a plus.
  • PR/Media relations experience a plus.
