Client Success Manager

Location: USA, Flexible

Hours: Full Time

Our Client Success team is on a mission to help clients grow by delivering best-in-class services and support with the overarching goal of helping clients achieve their business goals. We are looking for a Client Success Manager who will continuously advocate for, and drive improvements that result in extraordinary experiences for our clients. This is a unique opportunity to play an influential role in a rapidly growing company and to transform the way we perceive the client journey through strategy and implementation of client feedback.

 
Role

 We care deeply about our clients. We intently listen to their needs and do all we can to exceed their expectations. Our Client Success Managers will ascertain clients’ goals and collaborate on customized strategic plans to drive business value through the StarCompliance applications. CSM's will engage clients via strategy calls and emails, resolving inquiries by aligning clients with the appropriate internal and external resources. They will serve as the primary point of contact throughout the client lifecycle, developing relationships with key stakeholders and maintaining a focus on driving business.

Who are you?
  • A self-starter who is not only obsessed with client service and client success, but thinks outside of the box, excels at creative problem solving, and is comfortable taking on projects that you have potentially never done before!
  • You must be relationship oriented and put a high value on client service.
  • You own the overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes: increasing adoption, driving usage, ensuring retention and satisfaction
  • You are a people-person - empathetic, self-aware, low ego, and extremely positive - and are comfortable working in a small collaborative team where you’ll wear many hats.
  • You will help your clients meet their business objectives while identifying new opportunities to expand the StarCompliance footprint.
  • As the owner of the day-to-day management of your clients, you will become their go-to expert in all things StarCompliance.
  • You are passionate and proficient in both written and spoken communications and understand how your role plays an integral part in company growth and client retention.

Responsibilities
  • Ideal candidates will have experience working in a client-facing role at a B2B SaaS company, a genuine passion for client success, and openly embrace challenges and change in an extremely fast paced environment.
  • Work with clients to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the client in achieving their goals.
  • Manage account escalations.
  • Advocate internally for client needs and connect on priorities.
  • Support and conduct client research to understand their needs and to see opportunities for growth.
  • Generate monthly client facing reporting (i.e. dashboards).
  • Process enhancement requests.
  • Maintain contact with accounts assigned to you to drive software adoption and increase likelihood of retention.
  • Ad Hoc responsibilities as required.


Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience leading comprehensive client services initiatives.
  • Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Demonstrates ability/flexibility to work cross-functionally in a fast-growing company where fast-paced change is the norm.
  • Demonstrates a strong drive for efficiency, resolving problems and getting the work done in a timely, quality-focused manner.
  • Experience within the compliance industry is preferred, but not mandatory.
