Martin Mannion
President and CEO
Martin joined StarCompliance Software in November 2004 and is responsible for the strategic direction, financial management and operation of the company. Martin is a highly experienced executive with prior executive roles in large global corporate and start up environments across a variety of industries. Prior to joining StarCompliance Martin was part of the United Utilities Group in senior positions with Vertex as Head of Service Delivery and IT Director at Your Communications utilizing his extensive business experience and IT skills. Prior board level and senior positions over the past 20 years include Group Technical Director/ CTO for HighwayOne AG and European Technical Director for Xpedite Systems Inc.
Nancy Belmont
Director of Finance and Administration
Nancy joined StarCompliance Software in April of 2005. She is a Certified Public Accountant with a Master's in General Administration with the concentration in Human Resources. She brought with her a diverse work experience from past positions that include: Staff Accountant for Bechtel Power Corporation; Assistant Controller for a Pepsi Cola bottling company in Louisiana; Assistant Controller for a large retail nursery operating in five states and based out of Texas; and Accounting and Human Resource Manager for two marketing and promotional products companies. She has held numerous executive positions in various community volunteer organizations. Nancy is responsible for our Human Capital management programs as we grow our employee base across the globe.
Roberta Livingston
VP Sales
Roberta joined StarCompliance in April 2009. She is a financial services industry professional with over 15 years of experience in developing and selling proven software solutions for the unique regulatory and operational requirements of the financial markets. She has held senior sales leadership positions in the financial services divisions of Sungard, KPMG, IBM, Microsoft and Protiviti and her clients have been internationally renowned financial services firms. Roberta holds a Masters in Business Administration, International Finance, from the University of Iowa, where she also completed her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies.
Jim Paraboschi
Director of Operations & Product Management
Jim joined StarCompliance Software in April 2008 and is responsible for the Operations, Client Services and Product Development groups. Prior to joining StarCompliance, Jim held a senior management position with Ipreo LLC as Director of Product Management during the company's expansion through a series of business combinations and concluding with the development and integration of sales automation tools for the capital markets divisions of investment banks. For more than 15 years, Jim has led highly collaborative product development and implementation teams to deliver software and data solutions to the financial services industry, including product management positions at Moody's Investors Service Inc., Primark Corp., Thomson Financial, and privately held start-up software companies.
