Getting Started: Implementation Services

Regulatory compliance software implementation made simple.

First, we assign an Implementation Manager and Business Analyst to your compliance project. They'll work together to oversee the project and manage the schedule.

Next, we'll ask your Business Manager, Compliance Manager, IT Manager and/or Senior Developer about your business' processes and existing systems - to make sure our system fits seamlessly into yours.

The Requirements Document

From these conversations, we'll come up with a detailed requirements document that outlines the project scope, technical requirements and process. Our team will make suggestions based on industry best practices and other successful implementations. Your team will provide direction and the final sign-off.

Implementation and Training

Finally, we'll implement your customized software and train your staff. At least one training will be included with your package and you can always ask for more. These on-site, customized trainings may include:

  • User management
  • Rules and workflow configuration and review
  • Document creation and distribution
  • Reporting
  • Data file and broker feed processing
  • Architecture and technical workflow overview
  • Client and technical support FAQs and problem resolutions
  • Best practices for detecting conflicts of interest

Once your team is trained and your software is installed, we'll introduce you to our knowledgeable support teams.

After implementation, you'll be introduced to our client support team - the go-to experts for your software questions, concerns and training needs. Each support specialist is familiar with your customized software, making troubleshooting an efficient process.

Support is Always Available

Support teams are available in both our U.S. and U.K. offices. They can be reached by email and phone during business hours, and by Blackberry for evening or weekend emergencies. We also offer an answering service for your most time-sensitive support needs.

Your Account Manager

In addition to our support team, you'll have a dedicated Account Manager who will consult with your team to identify operational needs and recommend solutions. Our Account Managers are there to help you improve your compliance processes and to listen to your suggestions, concerns and ideas.
